Park Place Condos is a new high-rise mixed-use condominium development in Vaughan. This pre-construction project by SmartLiving will sit at 3380 Hwy 7, the corner of Highway 7 and Commerce Road in Vaughan’s revolutionary SmartVMC.

Most of the amenity space will be found within the podium as the ground floor will predominantly feature retail space in addition to storage, loading spaces and the two residential lobbies with concierges.
