JAC Condos will feature a 34 storey high-rise tower rising out of a 10 storey podium that will be stepped back on the 6th and 9th storeys.

The indoor amenity space will be located on the 10th floor of the building, and the outdoor amenity space will spill out onto the rooftop of the podium. We expect that views from this vantage point will be some of the best in the entire city.

There will be 489 condos in this project, with at least 44 of those units being allocated toward 3+ bedroom units. Condo suites will be starting at 335 sq.ft and townhomes starting at 1,290 sq.ft.

Condo suite types offered at JAC are studio, junior one bedroom, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms plus den, 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms plus den, suite types for townhomes are 3 bedrooms plus den, 4 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms plus den.

The entrance for the residential suites will be on Jarvis Street. The plans also include 5 townhomes that will face out toward Mutual Street.

JAC Condos will be retail space on the ground level facing Jarvis Street, which will add convenience to the residents of the community in addition to the site itself.

Over 18,000 sq.ft of indoor and outdoor amenity space includes: 24-hour concierge, fully automated parcel system, lobby lounge, dog wash spa, co-working studio, tech lounge, coffee bar, study library, yoga room, meditation studios, e-sports lounge, media room, gardening room, music room, workshop, fitness studio, party room, ground floor lobby courtyard with lounge seating and workspaces. Also, a 7th and 10th floor outdoor terraces with alfresco dining, sun deck and BBQ stations.

It was a sad day when a fire occurred in the heritage home located on 314 Jarvis Street, but all’s well that ends well because even though the fire gutted the interior of the house, its exterior is finding renewed life by being included in the development’s exterior facade.

Location & Neighbourhood

The Garden District is one of the most central and renowned neighbourhoods in the city. It’s named for Allan Gardens, which is a botanical garden situated in a historic building. Even in the depths of winter, the Gardens are on display with exotic plants from all over the world.

JAC Condos is just south of the corner of Jarvis and Carlton, and it takes up the width of the city block along McLear Place.
