Description
A new condo project is making its way to one of the city’s most sought-after locations in Midtown Toronto, surrounded by some of the best urban amenities, employment and transit.
AKRA Living is a new high-rise condominium development by Curated Properties in Toronto. This 22-storey pre-construction project with 213 units is located at 109 Erskine Ave, north of Yonge Street and Eglinton Ave East, between Yonge and Mt Pleasant Rd.
This new development with units from 513 to 2,677 square feet will offer a warm and inviting architectural design while the interiors will feature open-concept suites and unique amenities.

The condo project’s interiors have been designed by the famous firm Chapi Chapo Design. Each common area places emphasis on natural materials and indirect lighting to create a feeling of calm and a sense of balance. Layered textures add interest to the spaces.
There will be 182 residential units and 31 rental replacement units, bringing the total to 213 units. The rental replacement units will sit on the second to fifth floor while the remaining residential units will be located on the sixth floor up to the twenty-second floor. Each unit has been thoughtfully designed to enhance its residents’ lives. Interiors will ooze chic minimalism with calming neutral palettes. We can expect these generously proportioned suites with 9ft smooth finish ceilings to feature open-concept layouts that will span from 513 to 2677 square-feet to accommodate anyone with any lifestyle, including young professionals to growing families.
Each residence will have modern square profile baseboards, high-speed Bell Fibre internet, one ZigBee smart light switch, laminate floors, a digital lockset on the front door, as well as smart domestic hot and cold water meters with integrated leak detection and automated shut-off valves. There will be an exhaust system in in-suite washrooms, kitchens, and dryers. Suites will also have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors along with individually metered electrical service, an electrical panel, and breakers.
The units are designed to encourage organization and reduce clutter with the help of optional pantries, linen closets and optional built-in closet units.
Moreover, an optional bespoke lighting system will allow residents to control the level of light in their suite, creating lighting that suits any mood or time of day.
Control the temperature of your unit through a Smart One appliance located within the unit. Suites will also have energy recovery ventilators and HEPA/MERV filters, providing a constant supply of high-quality fresh air to every home.
State-of-the-art custom-designed kitchens will have the latest stainless steel appliances with optional panelization and contemporary cabinets in a variety of finishes and colours. There will be LED task lighting below upper cabinets, concealed hinges and soft closed drawers.
Cook to your heart’s delight on quartz surface countertops. Enjoy a backsplash made of premium tile which can be upgraded to quartz to match the countertop. These beautiful two-toned kitchens will include an under-mount stainless steel sink with a black designer faucet. You can also choose to include an island with integrated wine storage or a pantry with open shelves for wine bottle display and enclosed cabinets that have adjustable shelves.
Elegant bathrooms will feature a modern frameless shower enclosure with a swing door, a soaker tub and a toilet. Each bathroom will be complete with a custom vanity featuring a quartz countertop, a sophisticated under-mount sink with a contemporary black faucet, and a vanity mirror above.
There will be organized storage to prevent clutter. Choose between ceramic or porcelain tile. You can also choose to add more storage, tile wrapping on three major walls, a millwork wall, or a floating quartz shelf with integrated lighting and an LED-lit mirror.
Every unit will have either a balcony or private terrace with glass or metal railing. There will be setbacks on the lower levels and the upper levels to make room for wrap around private terraces.
Curated Intelligence will offer residents a number of features, including hands-free entry, automated parcel delivery, and smartphone access to your home. There will be over 2,800 square-feet of indoor amenity space and over 1,000 square-feet of outdoor amenities.

AKRA Living Condos will be built near Yonge and Eglinton, a dynamic pocket of the city.
