This new condo development will be a part of Phase 3 of Regent Park master-planned community and will include a large amount of retail and residential space.
Daniels On Parliament Condos is a new condominium development by The Daniels Corporation in Toronto. This new pre-construction project is located at 365 Parliament St., on the south-east corner of Gerrard Street East and Parliament Street in the Regent Park neighbourhood .
Investors can expect this project to take up 2.05-acres of land with the north tower reaching 10-storeys high and the south tower reaching 25-storeys high.
Daniels On Parliament Condos will include retail space on the ground floor, giving residents access to additional urban amenities while drawing in traffic from the street. The north tower will be a mid-rise building, rising 10-storeys and will face Oak Street and Dreamers Way.
This development will replace two old apartment buildings that originally took up this space. These apartment buildings were built in the late 1940’s and were used for community housing. Since then, these buildings were under-utilized and starting to fall apart. The demolition of these buildings will make room for new, modern mixed-use towers that will increase the amount of residential space in the area.
