Condo Project Summary
This new condo project is a sophisticated mid-rise set to both complement and enhance its existing neighbourhood.
Motto Condos is a new 12-storey pre-construction condominium by Sierra Building Group in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 990 Bloor Street West, on the northwest corner of Bloor Street and Dovercourt Road in the Dovercourt Park neighbourhood.
Part of a vibrant stretch with strong community roots, this project puts you at the centre of shops, cafes, leafy parkland and optimal subway access.
Featuring architecture by Diamond Schmitt, the plans for this building show a three-storey podium with a tasteful, brick-accented façade that reflects its surrounding streetscape. A vibrant, welcoming lobby with plenty of cozy seating will greet visitors and residents alike. Its modern design has been brought to life by none other than Patton Design Studio. The ground floor will also have a mail and parcel area conveniently located at the entrance. In addition, a Key FOB controlled access system will be in place at all entry points and the garage.
Above, a nine-story residential element with a more contemporary feel and a series of terraces is planned. A total of 97 dwelling units are proposed, with a mix including 18 bachelor units, 51 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom layouts. Suites will range from 455 to 1,249 square feet.
Opulent suites will greet you with a glamorous solid core entry door. Units will have smooth painted 9′ ceilings on all floors except the second, where they will reach 8’4. Laminate wide plank flooring will be used throughout the suites. A contemporary trim package, including baseboards as well as door and window casing, will bring an elegant feel to each unit. Suites will also have closets with handy wire shelving and moulded panel interior passage doors with matte black hinges and lever-style handles.
Spacious kitchens will have cabinetry and a quartz countertop of your choosing. The countertop will have a convenient electrical outlet for small appliances. There will be a stainless steel under-mount sink with a single lever matte black faucet with a pull-out spray.
Kitchens will also be equipped with a 24″ or 30″ modern refrigerator, a 24″ or 30″ stainless steel glass top range, and an 18″ or 24″ stainless steel dishwasher. A glazed ceramic tile backsplash will wow your guests. What’s more, there will be an exterior vented over-the-range combination microwave and hood fan. This will be the perfect place to invite your friends and family to enjoy your culinary masterpieces.
Enjoy your choice of ceramic floor tiles, cabinetry, and quartz countertop in the luxurious bathrooms. Bathrooms will have a pedestal sink with a single lever faucet, a mirror, and an exhaust fan vented to the exterior. There will be high-quality chrome fixtures, including a towel bar and a tissue holder.
Relax during a soothing bath in the white acrylic bathtub, or have a quick, refreshing shower in a shower stall with a frameless glass panel.
All suites will feature a 24″ or 27″ unitized washer and dryer with tile flooring below. They will also have an individually controlled heating and cooling system.
Residents will be delighted with Motto Condo project’s top-tier amenities. A total of 2,200 square feet of indoor amenity space will be incorporated, spread over different zones from the ground floor to the sixth floor, plus a space on the top floor. These indoor amenity areas will include a well-equipped fitness centre, a convenient collaboration room, an innovative brainstorming space, a cozy reading room, and a home office.
The brainstorming space will be complete with comfortable office seating and a massive wall-to-wall whiteboard. The collaboration office will act as a spacious meeting room with several large TVs and a spacious stone conference table. This stunning space will allow residents to gaze at Toronto’s beautiful skyline while enjoying some fresh air. The outdoor terrace will come equipped with the latest BBQ and plush outdoor seating. Moreover, the terrace will feature a kids’ outdoor play area and a pet area. Beautiful greenery will act as the perfect final touch. Location & Neighbourhood
Bloor Street West condos are a great opportunity to be part of a west-end stretch that’s seeing some dynamic transformations right now.
