This new condo project is currently occupied by the James Fleming Buildings, heritage structures that are currently being used as office space.
8 Elm On Yonge is new mixed-use high-rise condominium development in Toronto. This 69-storey pre-construction project with 819 units is located at 8 Elm St, steps from Yonge-Dundas Square in Downtown Toronto. The units will range in size from studios to three bedrooms.
